This document refers to personal data, which is defined as information concerning any living person (a natural person who hereafter will be called the Data Subject) that is not already in the public domain and which may be held by ZeCare.

The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) seek to protect and enhance the rights of Data Subjects. These rights cover the safeguarding of personal data, protection against the unlawful processing of personal data and the unrestricted movement of personal data within the EU.

ZeCare operates in a business to business environment. It uses the information collected from your business or employer to provide quotations and to take orders, make telephone contact and, with your consent, to email you with marketing information which ZeCare believes may be of interest to your business or employer. In making initial contact your business or employer consents to ZeCare maintaining a marketing dialogue with you until your business or employer opts out (which it can do at any stage).

In certain circumstances some personal data may be collected about you by ZeCare from the forms you complete, from records of correspondence and phone calls and details of visits to ZeCare’s website, including but not limited to personally identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. ZeCare may from time to time use such information to identify its website visitors. ZeCare may also collect statistics about the behaviour of visitors to its website.

Any information ZeCare holds about you, your business or employer encompasses all the details we hold about you, your business or employer, including any third-party information we have obtained about you from public sources or our own suppliers such as credit referencing agencies.

ZeCare will only collect the information needed so that it can provide you, your business or employer with its products and marketing services. ZeCare does not sell or broker data.

Through agreeing to this privacy notice you are consenting to ZeCare processing any personal data for the purposes outlined. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to The Company Secretary, ZeCare Limited, 3 Howard Road, Eaton Socon, St Neots, Cambridgeshire, PE19 8ET.
